A&A Auction

If you can physically attend an auction:

The first thing you want to do is PREVIEW the items.
You need to register at the office, all you need is a drivers license or some form of federal or state identification. At this time a bidder number will be issued to you.
You may also E-Mail or call (831)226-2321 if you are unable to attend the auction in person.
Let us know if you would like to be telephoned when the items you are interested in are on the auction block so that you can bid over the phone during our LIVE Auction. Minimum phone bid must start at $50 on a telephone bid, otherwise leave a "sealed bid" (where we bid for you against the live audience up to your maximum amount.) Please turn phone bids into the office no later than 5:00PM auction day.

Terms:

We have an 18% BUYERS PREMIUM that is added to the HAMMER PRICE for Cash or Checks.
There is an additional 5% Buyer Premium for Credit Cards and a $1.00 Fee for Debit Cards.

Payments:

Please pay in full no later than the first Monday after the Auction. Keep in mind we are closed Saturday & Sundays.

Form of Payment:

Cash, Check, ATM Debit, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover

Automobiles:

Must be paid for in CASH within five business days of auction!

Pick Up Guidelines:

Please provide your own boxes and packing materials.
You MUST have an employee help you check out at ALL times. However YOU provide the "muscle"
We will attempt to make every effort to check you out during the auction and remain open after the auction until everyone has completed their packing and removal of merchandise.

Pick Up Times:

The hours for Pick up on a Thursday Night Auction are: After Auction OR
:Friday:	12:00 P.M. until 4:30 P.M. (call first if coming later)
Monday&Tuesday	11:00 to 4:30 P.M.

THERE WILL BE A STORAGE FEE of $5.00 PER LOT, PER DAY STARTING WEDNESDAY for items NOT PICKED UP after the Auction. Due to the space.

We Are NOT Responsible For Items Left After Closing Of The Thursday Night Auctions.

Sold As Is:

It is your responsibility to check the items out during preview times. If we guarantee an appliance that you cannot check at preview, you may receive your money back IF you notify us within 48 hours from the date of auction purchase and return within 5 days.

Silent Auction:

Write your bids during the previews and live auction. Final written bids will end at lot 125, during the auction. We will take a short break so you can put your final bids in. We then begin closing the Silent Auction. It will take 60 minutes to enter the results into the computer system.

Sealed Bids:

If you cannot attend an auction, simply leave a sealed bid for particular items. The auctioneer or clerk will bid for you. You may also request to leave a phone bid on higher cost items ($50 or more) and we will telephone you during live auctions when the item comes on the auction block Please turn phone bids in by 5:00PM on auction day.
